About Jacklyn: Jacklyn Johnston, the Founder and Host of You Awakening, comes to this role after maintaining a private practice since 1996, offering energy-based interventions in the form of coaching, healing and consulting. Since 2004, she has also been teaching classes and leading spiritual journeys designed to accelerate and support personal growth and transformation.
Now her own evolutionary process has led to pioneering new ways to inspire and support living from the inside out, to awaken to greater fulfillment and joy. Hi Jacklyn,
Just a little follow up from our session. For the next 24 hours after our session, I felt very clear and light, as if something very significant had happened.
The next day, the depression came back with a vengeance. Overwhelming, debilitating and pervasive. After being engulfed in it for about a half an hour, I finally dragged myself to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror.
I think, for the first time in my life, I saw myself for who I really am (i.e, gifted, talented, intelligent, soulful, etc). At that moment I clearly understood that I really like myself and am proud of who I am.
Then, the light flashed on; I realized the long standing struggles I’ve had with finances don’t make sense. The circumstances don’t fit the picture. As soon as that sunk in, I was clearly aware the depression was not mine and it really started to let go. Since then, whenever I feel like depression is creeping back in, all I have to do is look in the mirror.
This all feels very major. I think and hope this awareness will have an impact on my day-to-day 3D world.
