Ho’oponopono is a process for “making things right” or “creating balance.” We must accept the responsibility of transmuting our inner blocks if we are to open to the abundance within and around us. Topics and processes will include the following.
- Meeting your inner family: There are three selves or minds within each of us. To align them is to achieve PONO—to be mindful. This process is similar to balancing the triune self presented in Hindu and Christian lore, among other cultural systems.
- Winnowing thought forms: Kahuna principles speak of the need to move beyond “supply side thought,” for as we know, beliefs create and sustain reality and our reactions to it. We will explore the ideas of thought forms, memory, and karma, as well as their impact on health and prosperity, from a Hawaiian but also scientific point of view.
- Context versus Content (or Problems versus Symptoms): Can we reconfigure how we look at our issues so as to free ourselves from our anchors? The kahuna believed and practiced pule …and almost every major spiritual prayer from around the world asks us to ask that our hearts be changed.
- Island meditation: Visit the ancient people of Hawaii and receive their blessings for healing and inner alchemy.
- Chanting: Ramsay will lead us in the chant and prayer of Ho’opononpono.
